    hi my name is brian i just bought a 56 jeep drove it home and the end of the distributor broke off i was told it was due to the oil pump locking up where would be the best place to buy the correct oil pump and can i change it without removing the engine thanks

      brian, you should be able to change it without removing the engine. we should have the oil pump you need. just give us a call here at the shop any time: 610-852-3110

    Ken, there are a variety of reasons why this could be happening. It could be clutch problem. Have you watched our recent clutch videos??

    I am working on restoring a 1957 Wagon. Do you know the correct colors for painting the engine? It is a 6-226. Thanks!

      Hey Mike, glad you liked the video. Some were all black, some were red and black, some were green and black.. Any combination you like there should look like the original..

        Thanks for the help on the colors. I am glad I found your website. I have been working on this vehicle for about 6 months and it is my first attempt at restoring anything. I will probably pester you for more information as time progress and will certainly go to you for parts.
